The team Telecommunication/Technology uses the synergies generated by the integration of these two areas. The sector emphasis in the field of telecommunications is on the fixed network, mobile communications and the Internet, supplemented by the segment of telecommunications equipment providers. The team also focuses its attention on the segments of IT services, software, semiconductors and hardware components. Due to the increasing convergence this team now covers the media branch.

The original focus on German companies has been extended in the last two years to include securities from continental Europe in the research spectrum.
